They are committed to investing their years of experience, professional skills, and innate knowledge in making the organization a leader in BPO management in India.A subsidiary of the Three Gee Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (www.3gsolutions.co.in), ePact Business Solutions Pvt Ltd. is the brainchild of Sameer Singla, a professional with multi-year and multi-organization experience in managing telecommunications contact centre for Bharti Airtel, Bharti Teletech, Hutchison Essar Telecom, Reliance Info Streams – Mumbai, TATA Teleservices, among others. ePact currently has two operational centres in the country. A live center at Noida with 400 (primary) + 100 (additional) workstations and a plug and play ready center at Chandigarh with 300 (primary) + 100 (other) workstations (soon to be launched).
